Shannon offers therapy for individuals, relationships, ADHD, and families of various ages (i.e., children, adolescents, adults, and older individuals). Some typical focus areas are anxiety, depression, stress, grief, anger, relationship issues, mental health disturbances, ruptured attachment, adoption preparation and adjustment, developmental trauma, adult trauma, and substance abuse. Shannon is an EMDR and Brainspotting (BSP) trained clinician. These treatment modalities allow for resolving trauma and negative core beliefs about self and the environment within a fraction of the time it takes standard talk therapy, bringing faster relief and less financial burden to the client.
