Some typical focus areas are anxiety, depression, stress, grief, anger, relationship issues, mental health disturbances, ruptured attachment, adoption preparation and adjustment, developmental trauma, adult trauma, and substance abuse. Shannon is an EMDR and Brainspotting (BSP) trained clinician.
